Questions we hear a lot.

Are you part of WordPress or WooCommerce?

No. Store System Setup is an independent company that sets up and supports WooCommerce stores. WordPress and WooCommerce are trademarks of their respective owners.

Do I need a new website?

No. We add the store to the WordPress site you already have, matched to your current theme. If your site isn't on WordPress, we'll tell you on the call whether it makes sense to move.

Do I own the store?

Yes. Everything runs on your site and your hosting, and we hand over every login. If you stop working with us, you keep everything.

Why would you text me or my staff?

Only if you opt in. Text is the fastest way to send a shop manager activation link, confirm a setup call, or tell you a support request is fixed. You can reply STOP at any time.

Is there a contract?

Setup is a one-time fee. Support plans are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Can you guarantee sales?

No one honestly can. We guarantee your store works as agreed at launch, and we fix anything we set up that doesn't.
